What should I do if a user does not respond to my messages?

We try our best to inform the other user of the message you send them but there are still some who forget about it or are not aware that they still have an outstanding request.

In case you do not get an answer within a reasonable time period we recommend you to cancel the ride and accept someone else as a driver or request for a new ride as a passenger.
